How concerns are handled
We will acknowledge the concern where contact details are provided, limit information to people who need it, and consider appropriate protective or referral steps. Confidentiality cannot be promised where disclosure is necessary to protect a person or meet a legal obligation.
Good-faith reporting
No person should face retaliation for raising a genuine concern in good faith. Deliberately false or malicious reports are not acceptable.
