Tell us what happened, when and where it happened, who was involved, and a safe way to contact you. Share only the information needed and do not put yourself or another person at risk to gather evidence.

How concerns are handled
We will acknowledge a concern where safe contact details are provided, limit information to people who need it, and consider appropriate protective or referral steps. Confidentiality cannot be promised where disclosure is necessary to protect someone or meet a legal obligation.
Good-faith reporting
No person should face retaliation for raising a genuine concern in good faith. Deliberately false or malicious reports are not acceptable.
